I did this entire setup on my 2018 Macbook as well so it was a much faster process since I already knew the workaround using AMD EGPUs on the Macbook. Of course, you can use this guide and substitute AMD graphics cards and/or a different operating system.

I did downgrade macOS to 10.13 to be able to use Nvidia drivers since 10.14 and above removed them. What else are you trying to add? I originally setup the Razer Core X to game on my 2018 15" MBP through windows.
